the new price of our Giant Delivery E + is 3.799 €, but because you lease the ebike from us you pay a monthly fixed amount of 125 €. With this, your bike is also insured and you get maintenance!
The lease agreement has a minimum duration of 3 months. After that you can cancel free of charge every month. You have a notice period of 1 month.

If your battery is empty or you end up with an empty battery during delivery, you can exchange your battery for only €15 at our pick-up point. (Geldropseweg 9C, 5611 SB Eindhoven)
With a full battery you can cycle an average of 120 kilometers.
If something is wrong with your ebike, we will ensure that you get a replacement ebike as soon as possible. To get a response as soon as possible, it is best to contact us by telephone. You have a own risc of €300 in case of damage to the ebike.
We understand that you are shocked and that this is an unpleasant situation. Contact us as soon as possible for a replacement ebike. We need the following information to assist you: your bike number, date and time, location and a brief description of the incident. For theft we charge a deductible of only € 300, which is the lowest deductible on the ebike lease market!
At DeliveryEbike, the wishes of the customer are central. If you cannot say goodbye to your ebike after the lease period or if you want to take it over from us earlier, please feel free to contact us!
You can always charge the battery of our delivery eBike! Whether it is completely low or just a little, the advanced battery technology allows you to charge the battery whenever you want!
Our ebike has a smooth running 1 speed hub. This means you don’t need any gears and you can always cycle quickly and smoothly!
Our ebike has a top speed of 26 km / h. For this speed you are not obliged to wear a helmet! Nevertheless, we recommend this for your own safety!
